What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation where you are able to exercise your unconscious mind and generate new behaviours. Hypnosis is effective for for all sorts of issues, ranging from lack of confidence to emotional blocks to giving up smoking and more.

How does it work?

At the beginning of the session I will talk with you to see what it is you are wanting to change. I will then induce a state of deep relaxation whereby you are always in control. When you are fully relaxed I will begin communicating with your unconscious mind and begin any change work you wanted me to work with. You can expect to feel comfortable, in control and relaxed throughout the session.

My Coaching Style

Each session I have with someone is unique and tailor made to that person. I feel this is very important. We are all different and no one strategy or coaching template will be suitable for who I work with.I see my coaching relationships as an equal exchange of energy. We both are learning from each other. I have an innovative and dynamic approach and absolutely love working with my clients. There is nothing more rewarding for me than to notice a positive difference in someone when they walk out of the door or hang up the phone.
